Our Process
Edge & Finish strives to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. We work side-by-side with our customers through the entire process. Our process is as follows:
Initial Meeting
We schedule an initial meeting with the customer to meet and greet and discuss their project. This includes needs and wants, budgets and overall scope of the work.
Design Phase
When design is a part of the scope of work requested, Edge & Finish will create and then present the designs or samples to the customer for approval.
Work Begins
An estimate is provided to the customer which details the wok that will be done and the costs involved in the project. Multiple options may be provided depending on the project and the necessity for design elements. Work begins once a contract is signed.
Finishing
Upon completion of all work listed in the contract, we walk through the home with the customer and make a punch list of items to be completed on or before final payment.
